Sam, Just wanted to drop you a note to let you
know that on 08/08/08 at 08:34am I gave birth
to Eli David Daniel Cunliffe after a 7 hour labour
at Waitakere hospital. Everything went amazingly
well and I didn't have any complications, drugs
or pain relief, tears or stitches!!! I was in
the birthing pool the whole time except for the
last ten minutes (his head took a while to come
out!) and it was such a fantastic experience.
Eli is a big boy - 9lb 5oz and 57cm long, he's
going to be tall!! Thanks so much for all your
advice and your perspective on things.. oh and
the massages!! Rachel
