Certificate
in Teaching Pregnancy Yoga
It
is widely recognised that yoga during pregnancy
is effective in reducing the common physical ailments
experienced by expectant mothers such as back
pain, poor circulation, decreased energy levels
etc, as well as preparing physically and mentally
for labour, birth and beyond.
Pregnancy yoga teachers require
specialised knowledge to guide women through this
time of transition, not only in understanding
the do’s and don’ts of the physical
practice, but how to use the tools of yoga to
help women draw upon their inner resources and
approach this time with confidence and grace.
This program will provide yoga
teachers with the theoretical and practical training
necessary to teach yoga classes specifically for
